More UV and smoothing options for ExtrudeShapes/Ribbons
Right now shape extrusions get very simple UVs, from 0 to 1 and smoothing is either on or off. It would be nice to able to customize these. For example:
-repeat the texture for every segment in the z direction
-give specific uv coords for every point in the segment
-set smoothing to x or z-axis only (many applications: roads, architectural crown moulding, both of which need to be smoothed along the extrusion, but the shape itself needs to be flatshaded.
